REGISTRATION FORM


Please check the†PROGRAMME HERE†for what you would like to attend then REGISTER HERE for the Fly-in and the events you would like to attend. Please indicate which events you would like to participate in and how many places you would like for each event. We will then issue you a fly-in number by email which should be added to field 18 (other Information) of your flight plan when that is filed. There will be no need to book an arrival slot.

We expect the Gala Dinner on Saturday to be oversubscribed (there are only 75 places) and therefore we are asking that you confirm attendance with a £12/head deposit. The deposit will be returned for cancelations received on or before Wednesday June 21st. For cancelations after this date, deposits will be returned only if we can resell the ticket.
